Refund Policy

CSA programs operate on seasonal planning and require significant upfront investment. As a result:

• Payments are generally non-refundable.
• Refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion in exceptional circumstances. 
• Refunds will be prorated to future deliveries, minus 30%. 
• Missed pickups are not refundable.

Products that are delivered to the customer in unsatisfactory condition due to our negligence will be replaced. Contact csa@lsiowa.org or call/text 515-608-3599.
